The rumours are true, we've acquired Basted Baker in Sechelt on the Sunshine Coast with a good friend and business partner who is a former owner/operator of two successful Cafes in Squamish which he sold a few years back.
We wanted to put this in a blog post as we still talk to people weekly that had no idea. So what's in store for Basted Baker? We are not turning this into another Beachcomber location, instead we are growing the Basted Baker brand in Sechelt as the go-to brunch spot on the Sunshine Coast. Beachcomber is roasting an exclusive coffee for Basted for their coffee program.
We've made a lot of changes since taking possession (December 2nd, 2022) and have many more things planned. We're excited to take Basted Baker to the next level in 2023 and beyond.
